摘 要 本文主要介绍了液压缸拆装机机械系统的设计。液压缸拆装机机械系统主要包括底座、外柱、内柱、顶板、耳座、油缸耳座、轴销、销钉等部件材料的选取、结构设计、尺寸的确定。根据设计的要求确定了内、外柱直径、高度以及壁厚,设计了销钉的结构尺寸和直径。结合设计的加载压力和材料的力学性能,根据强度校核公式校核了内、外柱壁的强度;依据剪切力校核公式校核了销钉的剪切应力。分析了液压缸拆装机研究的意义,并对液压缸的分类和常见故障以及发展趋势做了简要的介绍,在此基础上确定了液压缸拆装机的总体方案。然后对液压缸拆装机的使用方法进行了简要说明。最后运用CAXA设计软件完成了液压缸拆装机整体结构、机架以及机架各部分的建模。 关键字:液压缸拆装机,结构设计,强度校核 Abstract This design is mainly introduced the hydraulic cylinder disassembly mechanical system design. Hydraulic cylinder disassembly mechanical system includes the base, outside the columns, interior columns, roof, ear block, cylinder blocks ears, axle pin, pin and other parts of the selection of materials, structural design, size determination. Determined according to the requirements of the design inside and outside the column diameter, height and thickness, the design of the structure size and pin diameter. Loaded with the design pressure and the mechanical properties, strength check according to the formula check the inside and outside the column wall strength; check the formula based on checking the shear pins shear stress. Analysis of the hydraulic cylinder changer research significance, and classification of the hydraulic cylinder and common faults and the development trend of a brief introduction, on the basis of the hydraulic cylinder disassembly to determine the general scheme. Then the hydraulic cylinder disassembly machines use a brief description. Finally, the use of design software CAXA changer complete the overall structure of the hydraulic cylinder, rack and frame parts modeling.
