摘要
本论文主要研究了低碳钢表面高熵合金涂层制作流程和加工工艺,完成了以下实验:低碳钢表面高熵合金涂层的制备,真空烧结实验、涂层的显微组织观察,测试硬度等力学性能。

The Process and Properties Investigation of The High-entropy Alloy Surface Coating of Low Carbon Steel
Abstract As a new type of alloy, High entropy alloy has many excellent properties, with very high hardness, strength, good thermal stability and resistance to corrosion and the good plasticity and the toughness are its salient features.PCA high-entropy alloy exhibits different characteristics than the conventional alloys,and access to a wide variety of available new alloys through different elements matching, therefore has a wealth of applied potentials and broad prospects.
Surface coating technology can be used to improve corrosion resistance, friction, wear and fatigue, high-entropy alloy with excellent mechanical properties for metal surface coating, is a new research direction for metal surface treatment.
This paper mainly studies the processes and processing technology of the high-entropy alloy surface coating of mild steel, performed the following experiment: high-entropy alloy coating on mild steel surface preparation, vacuum sintering experiment and observation of microstructure of coatings, mechanical properties such as hardness test.
