PAGE IV 摘要 本文以苯酚为研究对象,采用微生物降解的方法,在其共基质条件下,添加酵母浸膏、葡萄糖和谷氨酸钠作为外加碳源,比较它们对苯酚代谢的影响,试图在提高苯酚去除率。实验结果表明:外加葡萄糖能使菌体生长延滞期明显缩短,12h时菌液OD值达到0.5 mg/100mL,并且苯酚被彻底降解。运用正交试验研究不同外加碳源及浓度对苯酚降解的影响,结果表明:单独添加葡萄糖对苯酚降解效果最有利。 关键词:苯酚;辅助碳源;生物降解;共代谢 Abstract This research focused on the effect of different added carbon sources including yeast extract, glucose and sodium glutamate on the microbial degradation of phenol under the conditions of co-substrate, in order to improve biodegradation rate of phenol. Experimental results indicate that compared to other carbon sources, glucose could reduce the lag phase of cell growth significantly. At 12h of the experiment, OD value reached 0.5 mg/100mL, and phenol was removed completely. Orthogonal test was conducted to compare the effect of different carbon sources with different concentration on the removal of phenol. Experimental results indicate that the degradation of phenol was the best when glucose was solely added.
