数控回转工作台设计
摘 要
本文介绍数控回转工作台系统的设计思想、设计步骤以及可以实现的能。由于蜗杆传动啮合摩擦较大,且由于蜗轮滚刀的形状尺寸不可能做得和蜗杆绝对相同,被加工出的蜗轮齿形难以和蜗杆精确共轭,必须依靠运转跑合才渐趋理想,因此材料副的组合必须具有良好的减摩和跑合性能以及抗胶合性能蜗轮蜗杆具有轴向力,当跨距小时常采用接触球轴承或圆锥滚子轴承。轴向力不大是亦可采用向心球轴承。支承跨距较大或载荷有冲击而双向传动时,可在一个支座上采用两个相反方向放置的角接触球轴承或圆锥滚子轴承并加以预紧,在设计中选用圆锥滚子轴承(7306E)用于承受轴向及径向力。另一支座则采用一个单列向心球轴承或圆柱滚子轴承(选用圆柱滚子轴承2208)并允许针对箱体有相对轴向游也可在一端采用双列调心球轴承或双列调心滚子轴承。另一端采用单受径向力向心轴承。蜗轮齿蜗杆圆锥滚子向心轴承CNC rotary table design
