——L型微波带阻滤波器的设计

微波射频电路已成为无线设备不可缺少的重要组成部分,随着通信技术的飞速发展和军事装备的需求的日益增加,微波电路也越来越广泛的应用于通信、雷达、电子对抗技术等众多领域。
微波射频电路通常分为微波无源电路、微波有源电路或者是两者的结合。微波无源电路一般由各种传输线、各种无源器件、各种半导体控制器件等组成,如滤波器、限幅器、功分器、耦合器和开关等。微波有源电路一般由传输线、无源器件、各种半导体有源器件组成,如低噪声放大器、功频率源、混频器、倍频器和检波器等。
本文介绍了微波滤波器的基本原理,分析了微带带阻滤波器的基本理论,给出了L型微带滤波器的设计步骤和思路和过程。针对中心频率,上边频:,下边频:,阻带带宽:W=200MHz,阻带内衰减:≥60dB的带阻滤波器的技术指标,计算出具体的电路结构并应用微波分析软件分析验证了设计的准确性。

ABSTRACT
Microwave and RF circuits has become an important part of wireless devices are indispensable,with the rapid development of communication technology and the increasing demand of military?equipment, microwave?circuit is also?more and?more widely used in many fields of communication,radar,electronic countermeasure technology.
Microwave and RF circuits are usually divided into passive microwave circuits,
microwave active circuits,or a combination of the two. Generally by all kinds oftransmission line, a variety of passive devices, various semiconductor controllercomponent of?microwave passive circuits, such as filter,limiter,splitters,
couplers and swith ect.Microwave active circuit consists of transmission line,passive
devices,various semiconductor active components,such as low-noise amplifiers,power
frequency source,mixer,multiplier and detector.
This paper introducesmthe basic principle of microwave filter,analyzes the basic theory of microstrip band-stop filter,L type is given the design steps and thinking of the microstrip filter and process.In view of the center frequency :,frequency above: ,lower frequency:,stopband bandwidth:W=200MHz,attenuation in stopband:technical indexes of 60dB or band-stop filter,calculate the specif
