Ke ywords :s p e c ia l e q uip me nt,ma na g e me nt mod e l,the ma na g e me nt s ys te m for the s p e c ia l e q uip me nt 随着国民经济的快速发展, 我国特种设备数量迅猛增加, 应 用范围日益扩大。特别是近年来, 电梯、起重机械等特种设备年 增加率平均达到 10% 以上。然而, 我国特种设备安全形势依然 不容乐观。需要在设备使用单位建立一套完善的特种设备管理 模型, 对使用的特种设备实行动态管理、减少事故的发生或减少 事故发生所造成的经济损失和人员伤亡。 特种设备管理模型, 不仅要具备普通设备管理模型的功能, 如静态信息管理、动态生命过程管理; 而且要专门针对特种设备 的特殊性, 实现一些区别于普通设备的管理功能, 如在用设备的 在线监测诊断和故障预报警、特种设备维护保养管理、移动式特 种设备的定位监视等。本文研究的特种设备管理模型涵盖了上 述所有管理功能。 2 特种设备管理模型 特种设备因其危险性或者使用的特殊性, 其管理模型不仅 要具备普通设备管理模型的功能, 而且必须满足特种设备的特 殊管理需求。特种设备管理模型分为 7 个模块, 如图 1 所示。 图 1 特种设备管理模型 图 1 所示的静态信息管理和动态过程管理与普通设备管理 模型类似, 是一些基
