升降机的电气传动系统设计 摘要 升降机是现代建筑和工程中不可缺少的设备之一。这次论文设计对升降机的功能、结构、驱动装置、安全性能详细的进行了分析研究。在比较了几种施工升降机的特点后，采用钢丝绳卷扬式，其结构比较简单，我们比较熟悉。超载保护装置、安全防坠器、是升降机的安全保护装置，当升降机遭遇突发情况时可以防止发生吊笼坠落事故，保证人身安全。在保护安全装置中安全防坠器的作用非常重要，因此，对装置进行一些改进来适应这个行业的发展是十分必要的。本次设计对升降机电气传动系统进行了深入地研究。本课题所设计的升降机是通过研究出的一台起重量大、提高高度、综合应用性能好的升降机，其提高形式采用钢丝绳式，安全防坠器采用灵敏度高、可靠性高、结构相对简单一些、能够减少吊笼坠落事故的发生。如今，升降机已经成为人们生活中不可或缺的机械工具，随着科学的发展，社会的进步，人们对升降机在运行时的高速性、准确性、平稳性、高效性等性能有了更高的要求。升降机控制系统一般有三种方式：微机控制系统、继电器控制系统和PLC控制系统。 关键字：plc控制系统；升降机；工程与建筑；自动控制 ABSTRACT Elevator is one of the indispensable equipment in modern architecture and engineering.This topic to lift the function, structure, driving device, safety performance was analyzed in detail.After comparing the characteristics of several kinds of construction lifter, using wire rope winding type, its structure is simple, we are familiar with.For device, overload protection device, safety is elevator safety protection device, when the elevator encounter emergency can prevent the hoisting cage fall accidents, ensure the personal safety.
