We analyzed the su- crose concentration, agar concentration in medium, temperature, time and other factors that influence the pollen germination quality, and storage time, temperature, w atery rate of pollen and other factors that influ- ence the pollen storage quality. =Result Dry pollen spore looks like long oval, from the equator side like egg, and the pole side triangle, the pole axis is as long as 32- 38 Lm and equator axis 20- 22 Lm, there are 3 compound germination ditchs on the far pole side, and only 1 ditch w ill
