In order to solve this problem, this paper studies and develops the multi-dimensional support knowledge man- agement system of the smart grid project by acquiring the information of the pre-sale, sale and af- ter-sale of the smart grid project, and analyzes and collates the relevant documents and data based on virtualization. After more than half a year trial run, the system has achieved the project knowledge sharing, and offered more support to the construction of smart grid.
