A syn thetic evalu ation m ethod of urb an public traff ic system based on the set pa ir ana lysis theo ry is proposed by utilizing index exceed ing m ethod to bear out objective w eights o f evaluation indexes, w h ich conf irm s the syn thetic eva lu ation leve l o f the system through calcu lating the re lative degree o f identica lness, diffe rentness and reverse .
