村（社区）“两委”换届信访工作情况汇报 村（社区）“两委”换届信访工作情况汇报 村“两委”换届选举工作是农村基层组织建设的一项重要内容，直接关系到农村改革、发展、稳定的大局。福利镇将选举谋划聚焦在信访WW上，为推进村（社区）“两委”换届选举营造良好的换届环境，为换届工作圆满完成提供根本保障。 一、整理好信访档案。将近几年来的反映村集体、村干部的信访件及处理结果交给镇纪委书记，将这些信访件反映的问题，调查情况和处理结果在村民代表大会上原汁原味的反馈给村民，听取村民对调查情况和处理结果的意见和建议。 二、提前做好摸底排查。将排查重心下沉到村，围绕现任村“两委”干部的思想状况、可能出现的问题、历史遗留问题和信访遗留问题等，深入排查原因，找准问题根源。根据摸底调查的结果进行分类定级，对排查出来有突出问题的、可能影响换届的村，制定一村一策预案，集中开展整顿，把矛盾化解在换届之前。 三、抓好业务培训。层层抓好业务知识培训工作，以挂点组及村选举委员会成员为培训重点开展培训，使每个参与选举工作人员真正做到懂法、知法、依法，熟练掌握选举的具体程序和基本环节，引导群众正确参与村级换届选举，防止各类矛盾和信访问题出现，确保村级换届选举依法依规进行。 四、做到正视信访。正确认识群众的来信来访，不把群众上访反映的问题看成是给自己出难题，找麻烦，而是看做是对我们搞好村级换届选举工作的激励和鞭策。对群众反映的问题处理做到快、准、好，不糊弄上访群众。不论上访者反映的问题是否属实，做到热情接待，属咨询性质的做到细心解释，属无理取闹的做到耐心做好劝说工作，确属有问题的做到认真及时准确处理，切实解决好，给群众一个交代。为村“两委”换届营造良好的环境。 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
