摘要:东海大桥Ⅲ标近岛段钻孔桩共有φ2.0m、φ2.5m、φ3.0m三种不同桩径,在浪高流急、风大涌强且覆盖层较浅、基岩强度极高、岩面倾斜较大的海域内进行钻孔桩施工,对于钢护筒的插打与固定、钻机的选型、钻孔桩的钻进及斜岩面的处理等方面与内河相比均有特殊之处。介绍海上钻孔桩施工的方法。

Construction of Bored Piles over Sea forDonghai Bridge Close to Island Side

Abstract:The bored piles of Contract III of Donghai Bridge close to island side have three kinds of different diameters of 2.0m,2.5m and 3.0m.The piles are constructed over sea where the waves are high and huge,current is swift,wind is strong,and the overburden on the seabed is shallow,the bed rock is extremely hard,and rock surfaces tilt a lot. Compared to the construction of bored piles over river,the construction of the piles of the Bridge is quite exceptional in aspects of setting,fixing of the pile steel casings,selection of boring machines,boring operation and handling of the tilting rock surfaces. In this paper,the methods for construction of the piles over sea are described.

1 工程概况
东海大桥位于杭州湾口东北部,舟山群岛西侧,西起始于上海南汇区的芦潮港镇南汇咀,东至浙江省舟山市嵊泗县小洋山岛,跨越杭州湾北部海域,在浙江省嵊泗县崎岖列岛中大乌龟岛登陆,沿大乌龟山、颗珠山岛至小城子山小洋山港区一期交接点。
东海大桥Ⅲ标近岛段里程为K26+689.000~K27+579.000,墩号为PM444~PM459,工程项目包括钻孔桩、承台、墩身和PM451~PM459墩8×50m顶推梁,结构形式为多跨连续箱形梁。东海大桥Ⅲ标近岛段钻孔桩施工分为2种情况:PM454~PM459墩为筑岛围堰施工,PM444~PM453墩为导管架、钢管桩施工平台施工钻孔桩。全桥钻孔桩共181根,其中海上钻孔桩施工149根:φ2.0m钻孔桩96根,φ2.5m钻孔桩45根,φ3.0m钻孔桩8根。
2 地质、地貌
地貌:Ⅲ标段近海桥区海域水深8~25m,沿桥轴线水深逐渐减小,直到大乌龟岛基岩露出水面。
大乌龟岛基岩裸露、岸壁陡峭。桥轴线与岩壁基本平行,地形条件较为复杂,岩面倾斜度较大。
地质:覆盖层以潮流形成的淤泥质粉质粘土和淤泥质粘土为主,呈灰色、灰褐色,流塑~软塑状,夹粉沙和粉沙薄层及沙性土,含云母有机质及碎贝壳,天然含水率平均为42.4%,大于液限(31.9%),深度在0.8
