学 号：200814230222  HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业论文 GRADUATE THESIS 设计题目：三河市优抚医院抗血压药物的临床应用研究 学生姓名：郭晓双 专业班级：08药物制剂 学 院：药学院 指导教师：刘江群 主任医师 2012年05月28日 摘 要 目的：研究三河市优抚医院抗高血压药物的临床应用情况，分析门诊抗高血压药物之间相互应用的合理性，为临床合理用药提供参考。 方法：利用本院信息查询软件和药品库存管理系统，从我院门诊2012年3月处方中筛选出含有抗高血压药物的处方452份，统计分析患者性别、年龄、各类抗高血压药物的用药频度（DDDs）、及药物联合应用情况。 结果：以老年患者为主，男性略高于女性。钙离子通道拮抗药（CCB）与血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂（ACEI）的使用频次最高。联合用药方案较合理，共有处方202张，占44.9%。其中以二联用药最多，共161张，占35.8%。 结论：三河市优抚医院抗高血压药物的应用基本符合《中国高血压防治指南》。大部分联合用药方案较合理，但缺乏对联合用药提高血压达标率的认识。抗高血压药物品种繁多，选择安全、有效、经济、合理的药物至关重要。 关键词 高血压病；抗高血压药物；临床应用 Abstract Objective: To research antihypertensive drugs using in SanHe City Helping Hospital. Analysis the rationality of outpatient antihypertensive drugs application at Outpatient service ,in order to provide a reference for clinical medication. Methods:Using the information query software and drug inventory management system, we filter 452 pieces drug prescriptions thae includes antihypertensive drugs from our hospital outpatient service of March 2012, to sum up and analyze patients’ gender, age and Defined Daily Dose System(DDDs)of all kinds of the antihypertensive drug and the drug joint application. Results:Most of the patients are elder people and the males slightly higher than the females,Calcium Channel Blocker(CCB) and Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitors(ACEI) is using the most frequently. The drug combination scheme is more reasonable, and has 202 pieces prescriptions, accounts for 44.9%, among it two-drug take the most percent, accounts for 35.8%. Conclusion: The application of the antihypertensive drug of SanHe City Helping Hospital basically in line with the “Chinas high blood pressure control guidelines” Most combination scheme are more reasonable, but are lack of the consciousness about the drug combination can rise the control rate of blood pressure.
