设计总说明
随着国民经济的发展,人民居住理念的变化,高层建筑如雨后春笋般,越来越多的矗立于城市之中。本设计是西宁市湟水花园5号住宅楼的建筑给排水设计,住宅楼总高18层,地上17层,地下1层,屋面标高为51.7米。主要包括给水系统、排水系统、消防系统和屋面雨水系统四个部分。
给水系统采用分区供水,1-7层为低区,由市政管网直接供水。8-17层为高区,采用下行上给的无水箱供水方式,由地下室的供水泵直接供水;排水系统采用的是污、废合流制,底层单独排水,排水立管仅设伸顶通气管,污水再经化粪池处理后排向市政污水管网;消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统,火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给,正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取;雨水采用的是内排水系统,雨水直接排向市政污水管网。给水管采用PVC管,排水管和雨水管均采用UPVC管,消防系统采用镀锌钢管。
设计过程进行了各系统方案的确定、平面布置和计算以及各种设备的选型。最后用CAD绘制了各个系统的平面施工图和系统图。
总之,住宅给排水系统看似简单,但它与我们的日常生活息息相关。作为工程设计人员,应本着技术、安全、经济性原则,在实践中努力创新,寻求最佳的给排水设计方案,适应住宅设计发展的新要求,满足人民群众的要求。
