基于CAD/CAE柜机底座的模具设计
摘 要
模具行业是在追求高效率、高品质生产的过程中必然会诞生的一个行业,模具行业总体来说是发展是十分迅速的,应用也十分广泛,几乎涉及各行各业,在得到广泛关注的同时,追求高效率的模具设计已成为模具发展的主方向,这也就要求设计者十分熟悉各种画图以及模拟仿真软件,从而提高设计效率。
这次空调柜机底座注塑模的设计,采用一模一腔和一模两腔两个方案,利用moldflow进行对比分析,对流道系统分析采用侧浇口和点浇口进行比较,冷却系统也采用多个方案,从中选取效果更好的方案,通过实际情况的分析,最终采用一模一腔,三板模的结构,同时侧向抽芯,最后通过顶杆顶出塑件,在设计过程中,利用UG进行三维造型、分型和模架的加载,导出CAD装配图,整个模具为中型模具,结构简单、紧奏,具有良好的生产效率。

Abstract
The mould industry is an industry in the pursuit of high efficiency and high quality production process will be born, Mold industry in general is development is very rapid, is also widely used, almost involved in all walks of life, get extensive attention at the same time, the pursuit of high efficiency mold design has become the main direction of the development of mold, which will require designers to very familiar with a variety of drawing and simulation software, so as to improve the design efficiency.
The design of air conditioner base of injection mold with a mold cavity and a mold two cavity two schemes were analyzed by Moldflow, compared to the channel system analysis using the side gate and gate, cooling system the number of options selected from the better scheme, through the analysis of the actual situation, finally adopted a mold cavity structure, mould, and side core pulling, and finally through the top out of plastic parts, in the process of design, 3D modeling, classification and mold loading using UG derived the CAD assembly, the mold and mold, simple structure, compact, good production efficiency.
