【中文摘要】随着移动通信的快速发展,移动通信话务量和用户数在短短几年内高速增长,移动网络容量随之高速增长,而且由于业务竞争的加剧,对网络质量和维护水平的要求不断提升,对相应的网络技术人员质和量都提出了较高的需求。因此针对核心网的维护,非常有必要总结专家的技术和经验,通过软件开发实现智能作业系统,达到一定程度的自动巡检、自动分析和诊断的能力,以降低日常人工维护工作量,减少技术人员的缺口,提高故障响应速度,提升网络优化分析的能力;节约运行维护成本,提高网络运行质量,提升对移动用户的服务质量,从而实现企业管理水平、运营效率和服务能力等方面的整体提升。智能作业系统基于JAVA的STRUTS架构,采用多种采集接口,包括oracle,sybase,sqlserver,db2等数据库接口、文件接口、SNMP接口、SOCKET接口等,搭建了五个功能模块:智能维护管理模块、值班管理模块、帐号管理模块、机房出入管理模块和系统自身的管理模块。通过系统的功能测试,并且经过一段时间的在线试运行,系统完全达到预期的要求,有效提升了维护人员的工作效率,达到了预期的。
【英文摘要】With the burst of mobile communication, mobile customers and traffic had been growing rapidly in the past few years. The mobile network of China has become the largest one in the world. At the same time, the mobile operation market competition is being more severely. The quality of network and maintenance is more critical to market department. However the growth of technician is far behind the requirement.To make the maintenance more effective is always important to network department. For core network, a intelligent maintenance system containing the knowledge and experience of experts can make work more effective. Completing maintenance, analysis and check up are the key functions of the system. It can help to reduce the work load, improve the response speed of network malfunction, cut cost, make China mobile more competitive.Intelligent maintenance system is based on Java structure,with various data collecting interface,including oracle,sybase,sql server,db2 database interface,file interface,SNMP interface,socket interface etc。The system is composed of five functional modules:intelligent maintenance management module,on duty management module,account management module,site visiting management module and self-management module。After throughout functional testing,the system has been working on line for a period of time。It has reached the previous demands and works well。
