Through the analysis of the development of cycle economic at home and abroad, professional status of environmental protection and the construction of the park development, focus on the domestic economic cycle and the industrial park planning, the paper discussed problems in the construction of ecological or environmental protection industry parks. At last, according to detailed inspection of Qingyuan Industrial Park, the author gives some answers on how to build professional environmental economic zone in the development cycle of economic trends.
