南京体育学院学报 Journal of Nanjing Sport Institute • ,梦桃陈穷学· 体育与健康新课程标准实施中的偏差与策略解析 徐大成1 , 2 (1.内蒙古民族大学体育学院,内蒙古通辽但似泊;2. 内蒙古自治区体育社会科学研究基地,内蒙古通辽但刷刷 摘 要:第八次体育与健康课程改革定位与举措具有城市化倾向,在具体的课程实施过程中导致偏 差情形的出现,如体育教师对校本课程理解的不合理倾向,体育教师成为课标实施,的被动执行者,体育教师 对体育科研的理解较为片面,公开课成为学校的形象工程,体育与健康课程的考评不到位等给体育新课 程的实施带来很大阻力与困惑。要正确的面对产生这些偏差的原因,进而找出破解之道并依据我国的国情 进行渐进式改革,使体育教师成为课程改革的真正参与人。另外,变革职前教育可以节约技入成本,完善体 育考试制度进行增值评价对推动新课程进一步实施有着极其重要的意义。 关键词:校本课程;课程改革;体育教师 中固分类号:G80 -5 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1∞8 -1909(2013 )02 一∞85 -06 Deviation and Strategy Analysis of the Implementation of the New Standards for the Physical Education and Health Course XU Da-cheng1 , 2 (1. Base of Social Science Research of Inner Mo吨。lia Autonomous Region , Inner Mongolia , Tongliao 028(XX), China) Abstract: Deviation problems have emerged in implementing the policies for reforming physical education courses. 咀lese problems include urban orientation in the implementation , incorrect understanding of school-based courses , physical education teachers becoming passive implementers of the new standards , teachers partial understanding of sports research , open classes as schools image projects , course evaluation being out of place , etc. 币lese prob- lems have brought great resistance and confusion to the implementation of the new physical education courses. To solve these problems , the author suggests that reform be carried out in light of Chinas national conditions to help teachers become real participants of curriculum reform.
