子宫下段厚度对剖宫产后再次妊娠晚期影响分析 　　【摘要】 目的：研究并分析剖宫产对再次妊娠晚期产妇子宫下段厚度的影响。方法：2013年2月-2014年2月笔者所在医院收治的进行过剖宫产的二次妊娠产妇182例，按照患者子宫下段的厚度将其分为两组，分别是厚度小于3 mm的甲组（n=91）和厚度≥3 mm的乙组（n=91）。两组均进行二次剖宫生产，观察两组术中出血量、缩宫素总用量、产后大出血的发生情况。结果：产妇的出血量在330 ml以下，甲组为96.70%，乙组为51.65%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；产妇的缩宫素用量在20 ml以下者，甲组为94.51%，乙组为56.04%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；甲组大出血的发生率为13.19%，而乙组为38.46%，甲组比乙组低25.27%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：子宫下段厚度对剖宫产后再次妊娠有较大的影响，子宫下段厚度较小的患者在二次剖宫产中出血量少，缩宫素用量较小，产后大出血的发生率明显降低，对患者的伤害较小，安全性高，值得在临床推广。 　　【关键词】 剖宫产； 再次妊娠； 子宫下段厚度 　　中图分类号 R719.8 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）19-0026-02 　　The Effect of Cesarean Section Again in Late Pregnancy Lower Uterine Segment Thickness/DU Fan，YAN Bing.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（19）：26-27 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study and analyze the effect of cesarean section again in late pregnancy lower uterine segment thickness.Method：From February 2013 to February 2014，182 cases were treated in our hospital by cesarean section of two pregnancies maternal，according to the patients of lower uterine segment thickness were randomly divided into two groups，the thickness of less than 3 mm group A（n=91） and a thickness greater than 3 mm group B（n=91）.Two groups of patients were two splits the palace production operation.Observed two groups of postoperative hemorrhage，oxytocin，the total amount of postpartum hemorrhage rate of occurrence.Result：Bleeding in 330 ml or less，group A 4 was 96.70%，group B was 51.65%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Dosage of oxytocin in 20 ml or less，group A was 94.51%，group B was 56.04%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Group A bleeding rate was 13.19%，while group B was 56.05%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The lower uterine segment thickness of pregnancy after cesarean section has a greater impact，the lower uterine segment thickness is small in two patients with hemorrhage in cesarean section less，a small amount of oxytocin， postpartum hemorrhage significantly reduced th
