武汉市重点高中学生心理健康状况研究 学生：范莹，江汉大学文理学院政法学部应用心理学专业 指导老师：崔正华，江汉大学文理学院 摘 要 为了了解武汉市省级重点高中学生的心理健康状况，并提出建议和相应对策，本研究采用王极盛等编制的《中学生心理健康量表》对武汉市某重点高中225名学生的心理健康状况进行调查，结果发现虽然中度及以上心理问题的人不多，但是有轻度心理问题的人数百分比较多，男、女学生在多个因子上存在显著性差异，各年级之间在多个因子上存在显著差异，班级职务与心理健康状况有关。并通过深入调查，提出了解决心理素质培养体系不清，培养针对性不强、培养形式单一，效果不佳等问题的三重目标的建立：引导性目标－－心理发展成熟；维持性目标－－心理健康维护；发展性目标－－心理素质培养。 关键词 重点高中学生；心理健康；教育 Abstract To investigate the mental health condition and mental troubles of provincial key high school students in Wuhan,and analyse on the influence factors of this condition.Finally make suggestions and measures to solve it. 225 high school students were investigated by MSSMHS. Although the nunber of serious mental problems are not widespread,the slight ones have high percentages; there were significant differences between male and female students and among the three grades in several factors; and whether Class leader or not also relate to mental health condition.And through in-depth research, put forward to establishing a Three-goal to solve problems about culture system’s illegibility,culture pertinence,culture form’s singleness and it’s ineffective of psychological diathesis: Leading target- Psychological development; Maintenance target- Mental health maintenance; Developmental target- Mentally developing.
