小型加工中心自动控制换刀机械手的设计
摘 要
本论文介绍的是小型加工中心换刀机械手的设计。机械手在当今机械行业的应用的广泛程度世人都有目共睹,随着现代数控技术的发展,在某些工作条件复杂和危险的情况下,机械手可以代替人类进行各种工作。对于机械手的优点很多,它可以代替人类高效而且精确的工作,这是最重要的一点。所以,为适应时代发展要求,在机械手的设计方面国家投入了大量的人力物力。机械手的种类很多,在本次设计中机械手选用回转式双臂机械手。它的主要动作是将机床主轴上的刀具与刀库或刀具传送装置上的刀具进行交换,其动作循环为:拔刀─新旧刀具交换─装刀。回转式双臂机械手刀具交换装置具有换刀时间短、动作灵活可靠等.应用最为广泛。回顾数控技术的发展已经经历了两个阶段,六代的发展历程。第一个阶段叫做NC阶段,经历了电子管、晶体管、和小规模集成电路三代。
Abstract
This paper introduces the design of the tool changing-manipulator of the small machines centertool changing-manipulator is one of the main components of the automatically-trading-knife installment. Robotic applications in todays machinery industry are obvious to the extent of the world, with modern CNC technology, working conditions in some of the complex and dangerous situation, the robot can replace humans in a variety of work. The robot has many advantages, it can replace the human efficient and precise work, this is the most important point. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of the times, in the design of the manipulator state has invested a great deal of manpower and resources.
There are a lot of types of tool changing-manipulators. The tool changing-manipulator of this design adopts the two arms manipulator of turn-over type in this design。It is main movement is carries on the machine tool of main axle on cutting tool and the tool storage or exchanging the cutting tool in the transport installment. Its operating cycle is: to draw the tool - exchanging the new and the old cutting tool - to fix the tool. The two arms manipulator of turn-over type exchange installment has trade the knifetime short, the movement is nimbly and reliably and so on . The two arms manipulator of turn-over type is widely used in the machining centre.
