湖 北 汽 车 工 业 学 院 毕 业 论 文 摘 要 机动车辆保险在各财产保险公司的业务份额中所占的比重越来越大，机动车辆保险业务已经成为国内各财产保险公司的骨干险种，机动车辆保险经营和管理的好坏直接影响保险公司的效益，甚至关乎保险公司的生死存亡。随着我国法制环境的改善，各类立法特别是针对道路交通安全立法的不断深入，各级组织对道路交通安全事故的处理更趋向法制化，道路交通安全案件在保险保险公司的后期理赔中更注重现场查勘的证据，做好机动车辆保险事故现场工作，准确查明事故原因，对保险公司的后期理赔工作具有十分重要的意义。 关键词：现场查勘，理赔，机动车，保险。 I 湖 北 汽 车 工 业 学 院 毕 业 论 文 Abstract Motor vehicle insurance property insurance companies in the proportion of share of the business growing, motor vehicle insurance business has become the backbone of the insurance property insurance companies, motor vehicle insurance business and management, directly affects the insurance the company’s efficiency, or even the survival of insurance companies.
