一株猪链球菌的分离与鉴定
摘要：2型猪链球菌(Streptococcus suis type 2，SS22型猪链球菌感染已迫在眉睫。本研究主要采用病料分离、镜检、PCR鉴定、药敏试验、生化试验、动物攻毒试验等对一株猪源链球菌进行分离鉴定，对其毒力、抗药性进行初步评估，为猪链球菌的深层研究提供参考依据。

Abstract: Streptococcus suis type 2 (SS2) is an important swine pathogen and a zoonotic agent。It can cause sepsis, meningitis, and acute death of pigs, and can lead to human infection and death. Streptococcus suis type 2 infections have been one of the important questions to the pigs industry worldwide, It is imminent to comprehensive fingding out the virulence and infection mechanisms of Streptococcus suis and prevention and treatment of SS2 infectin effectively. This study with purified microscopy, PCR, susceptibility testing, biochemical testing, drug testing and other animal attack on the streptococcus swine type 2 to isolate and identifie it. We evaluate some of its virulence and resistance to provid reference for the deep researches of SS2.

前 言
猪链球菌病是链球菌属马链球菌兽疫亚种、马链球菌类马亚种、Lancefield分群中D、E、L 群链球菌以及猪链球菌引起猪的疫病的总称,是一种常见的猪传染病，世界各国均有发生．危害性严重，也是一直困扰我国养猪业的重要传染病之一．猪链球菌(Streptococcus suis)是革兰阳性兼性厌氧球菌，是引起猪链球菌病最主要的病原,根据其荚膜多糖抗原性的差异分为35个血清型，其中猪链球菌2型（Streptococcus suis type 2,SS2）是毒力最强、危害最严重、流行最广泛的血清型之一[1]。可引起猪脑膜炎、心内膜炎、关节炎、肺炎、败血症及急性死亡等，也可感染人并致死，是一种重要的人畜共患病病原[2]。
