Abstract:
This report mainly introduces the design and research progress of the speed control system of the multi-motion ball mill test device. Firstly, the background and research significance of the multi-motion ball mill test device are introduced, and then the speed control principle and control method of the system are elaborated, including PID control algorithm and the use of frequency converter controller. Then, the hardware design of the system is analyzed and discussed, including the selection of sensors, signal amplification and filtering circuit design, etc. Finally, the system is tested and validated, and the test results are analyzed. The test shows that the system is stable and reliable, and can meet the speed control requirements of the multi-motion ball mill test device.
