玻璃激光内雕机控制系统的设计 摘要:激光内雕机是集激光技术、精密机械、电子技术、计算机等学科于一体的高技术设备。激光要能雕刻玻璃,其能量密度须大于使玻璃破坏的某一临界值,或称阈值。这样,通过适当聚焦,可以使激光的能量密度在进入玻璃及到达加工区之前低于玻璃的破坏阈值,而在希望加工的区域则超过这一临界值。激光在极的时间内产生脉冲,其能量能够在瞬间使水晶受热破裂,从而产生极小的白点,在玻璃内部雕出预定的形状,而玻璃或水晶的其余部分则保持原样完好无损。 本论文主要通过对玻璃激光内雕机的运动结构的分析,提出了用plc来控制其运动的可能,通过plc编程,来最终模拟实现玻璃激光内雕机的五轴联动。 关键词:玻璃激光内雕机 ,plc ,五轴联动, 振镜电机 Glass laser subsurface engraving machine control system design Abstract:Laser subsurface engraving machine is laser technology, precision machinery, electronic technology, computer and other subjects in a bodys high technology and equipment. Laser to engrave glass, the glass damaged on its energy density must be greater than a certain critical value, or the threshold. The laser energy density and it somewhere in that point related to the size of the light spot. The same laser beam, the smaller the spot where the energy density is larger. In this way, through proper focus, can make the laser energy density in before we reached into the glass and processing zone below the glass damage threshold, and in the hope the processing area is more than the critical value. The laser pulse in a period of time, its energy can make crystal heat in an instant burst, resulting in a tiny white dot, inside the glass carved a predetermined shape, while the rest of the glass or crystal intact . This paper mainly through the glass in the laser engraving machine movement structure analysis, proposed to use PLC to control the movement of the may, through the PLC programming, to the final simulation for five-axis movements of glass in the laser engraving machine.
