2017年村党支部书记工作总结 我村党支部在乡党委、政府的正确领导下，始终坚持把党建工作作为全村工作的第一要务，以开展群众路线教育实践活动为契机，团结带领全村党员干部踏实工作、开拓创新，扎实有效地推进党员队伍的思想、组织、作风建设，为全村各项工作的开展提供坚强的组织保障，现将半年来的党建工作汇报如下： 一、抓党建的主要情况和做法 加强党建整改，推动教育实践活动开展。在教育实践活动开展过程中，我村时刻注重发挥党员先锋模范作用，紧抓“四风”为重点。查找自己存在的突出问题，认真撰写个人对照检查材料，其实有效的制定整改方案，村党支部书记作为全村党建工作的第一责任人，对群众提出的问题，定期督查，定期会办。加大了上级惠农政策的宣传力度，着力提升社保覆盖面，全村新农保、新农合参保率稳步提高，低保、五保、困难户等弱势群体实现应保尽保。 加强作风建设，推进组织生活稳步提高，组织开展批评和自我批评、领导点评等活动。我村始终把学习作为提高党员干部素质的重要手段，每月28日定期组织党员干部参加学习活动，集中学习上级文件精神，收看远程教育党建专题录像，将理论与实践相结合，不断提高党员干部的政治理论素质和工作水平。进一步完善党务公开制，每季度公开一次，增强村党组织工作的透明度。坚持每月召开1次村支部例会，在重大问题处理、重大工作部署上，充分听党员干部和群众代表的意见和建议，推动了各项工作的规范化、制度化。通过开展专项治理行动，进一步减少了公务接待经1名。 党建工作存在的问题 ;二是党建工作开展方式过于陈旧，有待开拓新思维、新方式;三是缺乏村级集体经济基础，为民办实事的能力还有限，解决实际问题还需一些项目来支撑。 今后工作的思路和措施 ! close the doors and windows, lock the door;6, keep the classroom clean, no spitting, no littering debris and other debris;7, not in the desk, doors and windows, walls, etc. The Painted graffiti graffiti board;8, the preparation of the bell ring, sitting in their own position, and do a good lesson preparation, keep the classroom quiet;9, when the class to stand up to the teacher Shi Hangli; class speech first raise their hands;10, listen attentively.
