毕业论文 （2010届） 服装纺织类上市公司股利政策与公司价值的相关性研究 摘 要 股利政策作为公司财务管理的三大核心内容之一，一直是公司在金融方面研究的重点，同时，股利政策也是理财历史中的难解之谜。股利政策表现出：一方面，股利政策有信号传递作用，它可以向投资者传递公司的经营状况以及一定程度上的公司价值等。另一方面，良好的股利政策可以给公司打造一个良好的形象，激发投资者的热情，吸引更多的投资者来投资，这样公司更容易筹集资金，为以后的长期、稳定的发展创造的机遇和条件。 本文首先介绍了各种股利政策以及它们的特点。再根据国内外的研究阐述股利政策与公司价值的相关性。并以福建七匹狼实业股份有限公司关键词： Abstract Dividend policy, one of the three core contents of a companys financial management, has always been the emphasis of financial research and it is also the riddle of financing history. On the one hand, dividend policy has sign transferring function; it can pass to investors a companys management situation and the corporate value in some degree etc. On the other hand, good dividend policy can build a good image for company to arouse the enthusiasm of investors, and attract more investors to invest, which makes a company raises money more easily to created opportunity and conditions for the future long-term and stable development. In this paper, the author first introduces various dividend policies and their characteristics and then on the basis of the domestic and foreign research paper expresses the relativity of dividend policy and corporate value. The research object being Fujian Seven Wolfs Industrial Co. LTD, the author uses the dividend distribution and corporate value information provided by financial report forms to make a study of the relativity of garment textile listed company’ dividend policy and corporate value through the least square method regression analysis.
