摘 要
国际化竞争的今天,企业家们都在思考如何打造核心竞争力,都在寻找步入国际市场的通行证,而根本解决之道就在于缔造优秀企业文化。优秀企业文化是组织的灵魂,是企业核心竞争力的一部分,也是核心竞争力形成的基础和根本精神力量本文旨在研究企业文化核心竞争力的,研究如何通过企业理论企业,用企业理论来指导企业建设,创建。在深刻研究企业文化企业核心竞争力之后,本文对企业文化提出了一些新的看法和见解。如:Abstract
International competition today, entrepreneurs are thinking about how to build core competence, are looking for a pass into the international market, while the fundamental solution lies in creating outstanding corporate culture. Excellent corporate culture the soul of the organization, is part of enterprise core competitive power, but also form the basis of core competence and the fundamental spiritual power, in the development of different period business, corporate culture is to promote the business forward recycling motivation, corporate culture is the core competitive force.
This paper aims to study corporate culture in building the core competitiveness of enterprises, research how the theory of corporate culture to enhance core competitiveness of enterprises, with the corporate culture theory to guide the construction of core competitiveness of enterprises, creating a unique core competence. In the deep of studying corporate culture on the impact of core competitiveness of enterprises, the paper put forward the corporate culture some new views and insights. Such as: people-oriented building a harmonious corporate culture; create corporate image, enhance their core competence; demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, core values; Face the Future, constantly bring forth new ideas; structure learning organization, obtain permanent competitive advantage; have your own characteristics. These help Chinese enterprises to healthy development.
