广西城市污水资源化需求分析及对策建议

摘要：为保障用水安全和改善水环境质量，从水资源利用、用水效率、环境改善3个方面，应用层次分析法对广西14个城

市开展了污水资源化利用需求情况评价，并得出结论：贵港、玉林、南宁、北海的污水资源化需求强烈，来宾、钦州、崇左的污水资

源化需求较强，百色、梧州、柳州、河池、贺州的污水资源化需求一般，防城港、桂林的污水资源化需求较弱。对于污水资源化需

求强烈以及较强的城市，提出了加强水资源配置，推进农村、城镇、工业污水资源化利用，顺畅再生水回用标准，加强公众参与等

建议。

Abstract:Inordertoensurewatersafetyandimprovewaterenvironmentquality,theanalytichierarchyprocesswas

HechiandHezhouhavegeneraldemandforsewageresourceutilization;FangchenggangandGuilinhaveweakdemand

forsewageresourceutilization.Forcitieswithstrongorstrongerdemandforsewageresources,thesuggestionswereput

forwardtostrengthentheallocationofwaterresources,promotetheresourceutilizationofrural,urbanandindustrial

sewage,smoothrecycledwaterreusestandards,andstrengthenpublicparticipation.
