摘 要 环境保护和能源节约是我国今后快速发展之根本，是各行业不断进步之方向，其重要性不言而喻。我国城
镇化建设的发展，建筑业住房规模和类型正在发生变化。建筑企业面临的问题源于行业竞争，还包括宏观经济、文
化和环境因素。建筑业具有高能耗、高污染的特点，是文明建设背景下的管理对象。从建筑行业来看，节能施工技
术是严格按照建筑周期实施的，渗透到生命周期的各个阶段。
