毕业论文 （2010届） 国有股份制商业银行不良贷款的对策研究 摘 要 近年来，国有商业银行的不良贷款问题已经成为困扰我国金融也特别是银行业改革与发展的主要问题。在国家的有关政策的支持下，特别是地方政府的行政干预下，众多的企业从商业银行获得了大量贷款。但是随着企业改制的深化和市场竞争日趋激烈，市场规律决定了一些经营管理不善的企业必然要退出市场。这样商业银行出现了很多呆账、坏账，四大国有商业银行的不良贷款率持续高涨。经过几年的努力，虽然总体上不良贷款率大幅下降，但是仍大大高于国际平均水平，并且虽然不良贷款比率下降，而不良贷款的规模依然保持着快速的增长势头。当前不良贷款的控制和管理依然是信用风险管理的主要工作。 本文通过对建设银行2005年到2010年的不良贷款额及其现状进行分析，找出建设银行不良贷款的成因，试图通过对以上的研究来解决两个问题：一是建设银行自身的成因及缺陷。通过对银行经营体制责权划分存在缺陷，银行管理体制对风险的控制不足两个方面来分析银行内部原因所产生的不良贷款问题。二是造成国有商业银行不良贷款的外部原因及问题。通过对对建设银行体制变革产生的问题，政府过多的行政干预对建设银行产生的影响，法制监控力度不强三个方面来着重分析外部原因对银行业的影响。 关键词：Abstract State-owned commercial banks are operating a special corporate money, the current management of non-performing loans of state-owned commercial banks is one of the key management. With economic globalization and financial liberalization, on the one hand the opportunity for financial development, on the other hand to the financial system, unprecedented volatility, state-owned commercial banks, as pillars of the financial system, and its growing financial risks facing the State-owned commercial banks want to get a stable development, we must take new precautions and disposal of non-performing loans that important agenda.
