摘要:数字化设计就是利用数控机床对典型零件进行分析,确定其加工工艺、加工方法、路线、工艺参数。加工这个零件用到的刀具,以方便选择刀具,预备刀具,计算相邻轮廓交点坐标,以及怎么装夹,所用的夹具,然后手工编程,程序校验,校验无误,最后进行加工,制造出精度较高的合格零件。介绍典型零件加工工艺及编程,深入地了解加工中出现的各种问题,找到解决的办法,能在以后的工作中出现类似的问题时能及时解决。通过本次设计也使自己了解在哪方面有欠缺,以后能在欠缺的地方能多用心的学习,当然也有自己掌握比较熟练的方面,能更好的了解自己的长处,在以后的实践中能更好运用。
