江西工程学院 环境与能源工程学院 毕业设计 ( 2016 届) 题 目: 钙钛矿高效电池的研究进展研究 专 业: 光伏发电技术及应用 班 级: 钙钛矿高效电池的研究进展研究 摘要 硅钛矿太阳电池的迅速发展为解决未来能源问题带来一线曙光。但是,钙钛矿太阳电池在高效率电池器件的可重现性、稳定性能评估等方面还面临着很多问以及存在的几个关键性的问题。从器件的基本结构和基本工作原理出发,本文重点讨论了光吸收层的光谱和形貌等性质对器件性能和可重现性的影响,阐明了电子传输层和空穴阻隔层的重要作用,论述了空穴传输层的相关进展以及其对器件稳定性的影响。 关键词:太阳电池;钙钛矿;可重现性;稳定性 Research Progress on perovskite solar cells abstract The rapid development of titanium silicon solar cells for future energy solution to bring a ray of hope. However, in high efficiency solar cell perovskite cell device repeatability and stability performance evaluation and other aspects still faces many problems, seriously restricting the future development. This paper reviewed the important progress since perovskite solar cell available, and some key problems existing in the. Starting from the basic structure of the device and the basic principle of work, this paper discusses the optical absorption spectra of layers and morphology properties influence on device performance and reproducibility, expounds the the important function of the electron transport layer and hole blocking layer, discusses the progress of hole transport layer and its influence on the stability of the device.
