改性纤维素基发泡材料的制备及其性能研究

摘要:先后对小麦秸秆进行NaOH预处理、乙酸酊改性,得到酰化改性小麦秸秆(AWS) o以酰化改性秸秆为原料,以水为发泡剂,以竣甲
基纤维素(CMC)为交联剂,采用冷冻干燥法制备了具有一定强度的纤维素基发泡材料,研究了 m(2%CMC) : m (AWS)对发泡材料表
观密度、微观形貌和力学强度的影响 。结果表明,2%竣甲基纤维素的用量增大有利于表观密度的降低 ,m(2%CMC) : zn(AWS)为6
时,发泡材料的力学性能较好,其载荷为3 770 N,弹性模量为24. 5 MPa。

Preparation and Properties of Modified Cellulose-Based Foaming Materials

Abstrac :In this paper,acylated wheat straw (AWS) was obtained by NaOH pretreatment and acetic anhydride modification.A
cellulose based foaming material wit certain strengt was prepared by freeze drying method using acylated straw as raw material,
water as foaming agent and carboxymethyl cellulose as crosslinking agent, the effects of m ( 2% CMC) : m ( AWS) on the
apparent density, microstructure and mechanical strengt of foamed materials were investigated.The results show that the increase
of the dosage of 2% carboxymethyl cellulose is beneficial to the decrease of the apparent density. When m (2% CMC) : m
(AWS) is 6,the mechanical properties of the foamed material are good,the load is 3 770 N,the elastic modulus is 24. 5 MPa.
