摘 要
矿井主通风机是煤矿生产的关键性设备,其可靠性及安全性直接关系到矿井生产的正常化及煤矿工人的人身安全。随着中国煤炭工业的不断发展,国家对安全生产治理力度的加大,煤矿企业对矿井通风监控系统提出了更高的要求。
风机在线监控系统能够使操作人员更为直观地了解风机当前的运行状况,并通过观测风机系统相关参数、历史数据来分析风机工作情况,预测风机可能发生的故障隐患。监控系统的实时报警功能能够使风机操作人员及时发现风机出现的故障并加以解决,确保风机可靠、稳定地运行。
本文设计了基于PLC的煤矿主扇风机在线监控系统。该通风机在线监测系统可以实现对通风机性能参数、工矿参数的在线实时监测和对于风机的远程控制。可以根据用户需要绘制出通风机的性能曲线和打印数据报表方便用户管理。文中给出了系统的总体设计情况,并详细的介绍了传感器、PLC的选型、以及PLC软件的设计和上位Wincc组态软件设计过程,而后从理论上分析了风机运行的相关参数及测量方法。监测系统界面友好、操作方便、功能齐全,既实现了对现场数据的实时监测、控制,又提高了矿井现代化管理水平,对于同类系统的设计具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract
The coal mine main fan is the coal mine production crucial equipment, its reliability and safety is directly related to the normalization of mine production normalized and coal miners personal safety. Along with the China coal industry unceasing development, the country to safety in production government dynamics enlarging, the coal mine enterprise a higher request to mine ventilation equipment.
On line monitoring and control system of coal mines provides operators a more intuitive understanding of current working of the fan. Monitoring historical data of parameters of coal mines fan will help to analyze the working status of fans and predict possible failures hidden in fan. Real-time alarm monitoring system enables the operator to find the problems of the fan and resolve problems to ensure working of the fan in a reliable and stable way.
This article devises the mine ventilator supervisory system, which is based on the programmable controller and the touch screen as the core. This ventilator performance observation system may realize the online real-time monitor of ventilator performance parameter and the operating mode parameter, as well as the remote control of air blower. According to the user need, it can draw up the ventilators performance curve and the printing data report form, and it is much convenient for user’s management.
