探讨温度传感器在工业生产中的应用
摘 要
现代信息技术的三大基础是信息采集、信息传输和信息处理。传感器是电子信息技术的前沿尖端产品,尤其是温度传感器被广泛运用于工业,科学研究和生活,农业生产等诸多领域。
随着工业的不断发展,在工业生产过程中对温度的测量和控制已变得尤为重要了。对温度的测量和控制对提高生产效率,保证产品质量以及保障生产安全和节约能源有着非常重要的作用。随着工业自动化程度的提高及连续生产规模的扩大,对温度参数测量的快速性和准确性提出了更高的要求。
本文通过对温度传感器(光电温度传感器、红外温度传感器、光纤温度传感器)的工作原理以及对工业生产环境的了解来探讨研究温度传感器在工业生产中的应用。我们可以了解温度传感器在工业生产中的具体应用和应用中的不足,促使温度传感器的发展,从而更有利于工业产品的生产。

Abstract
The modern information technology is based on the information collection, the information transmission and the information processing. The sensors are the highly advanced sophisticated products in the electronic information technology; especially the temperature sensor is widely used in industry, science research and life, the agricultural production and so on.
With the development of the industry, it has become particularly important to measure and control the temperature in the industrial production process. The measurement and control of the temperature plays a very important role in improving production efficiency, guarantying the quality of the product and ensuring safety and saving energy production. With the improvement of industrial automation degree and the expansion of the scale of continuous production, the measurement of the temperature parameters for the efficiency and accuracy put forward higher request.
Through the understanding of the temperature sensor’s working principle (contact Optical temperature sensor, infrared temperature sensors, Fiber optic temperature sensor) and the industrial production environment, this paper mainly talk about temperature sensor’s application’s application in the industrial production.
