In this paper ，we first summarize Ad Hoc wireless networks ，and then analyze the structure and characteristic of the Ad Hoc wireless networks and present the condition of Ad Hoc wireless networks’ protocol design，finally ，analyze the common routing protocols of Ad Hoc wire- less networks seriously.
