PAGE II PAGE i 小区物业管理系统 摘要：随着我国经济发展和城市开发，住宅小区越来越成为居住的主流，小区物业管理是针对当前社会这一市场需要应运而生的。用计算机管理的小区物业管理系统是为小区管理者和小区用户更好的从事各项物业管理业务工作而开发的管理软件，该软件具有一定的社会和经济效益，对规范小区管理业务，提高管理水平和效益具有重要意义。 论文详细介绍了小区物业管理系统的开发思想、开发过程、主要工作和解决的技术问题。还介绍本软件经测试后的最终功能，并用图形描述了软件的模型。本软件主要以Microsoft公司的 Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2005 和 Microsoft Aceess 2003工具开发。VS 2005能够自动生成我们所需要的界面，在许多方面我们都不必去写繁琐的代码。经过对小区物业系统进行需求分析、功能模块划分、数据库模式分析后，最终设计出系统的数据库结构。设计过程首先在短时间内建立系统应用原型,然后对初始原型系统进行需求迭代，不断修正和改进，最后形成用户满意的可行性系统。 关键词：小区物业;管理系统;.NET;VS2005;Access 2003 PAGE I Community Property Management System Abstract: As Chinas economic development and urban development, residential district is increasingly becoming the mainstream of living; residential property management is for the current needs of the community came into being in this market.
