The resources localization and search algorithm based on DHT (distributed hash table) is one of the popular algorithms. And two forms of Chord algorithm. the most representative one. were introduced. and then they were analyzed and compared. One developed simple Chord algorithm named Direct-Chord was proposed. which is suitable for P2P videoconference.
