摘 要 随着全球化后，中国工业化的发展，推动了我国城镇化的进程，在此背景下，我国建筑行业发展态势良

好。作为建筑企业想要在竞争激烈的市场中崭露头角，必须掌握现代化的施工技术，并全面贯彻施工现场管理工

作，才能提升自身实力，在市场中占有一席之地。然而具体施工实况来看，建筑工程的施工现场管理依然有很多问

题，对建筑工程领域的发展有不利影响。所以，本文就针对建筑工程技术及管理方面进行了综合分析。
