作者单位：101149 首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院（徐永祥、孙凯）；中国疾病预防控制中心辐射防护与核安全医学所（张琳）2010年北京市放射治疗资源现状徐永祥 张琳 孙凯 [摘要] 目的 调查和分析北京地区放射治疗资源现状，为放疗学科发展、资源配置和人才培养提供参考依据。方法 以现场调查为主，辅以电话或电子邮件联系方式完成调查。调查内容包括放疗机构分布，放疗设备使用、人员构成、业务开展情况。结果 截止2010年6月本市现有放疗机构33家，有31 家（93.9%）已开展三维适形或立体定向放射治疗，19家（57.6%）开展调强放射治疗，6家（18.2%）开展图像引导放射治疗，2家（6%）开展最新动态旋转调强放射治疗。本市共有医用直线加速器52台，较2006年增加11台，有1台螺旋断层治疗机，2台术中放疗机。本市共有放疗医务人员（不包括护士）495人，其中，放疗医师214人，物理师78人，技师203人，副高以上职称各占52.3%，17.9%，1.5%。结论 放疗机构和加速器总数较2006年有所增加，而每百万人口拥有量下降，但仍明显高于全国水平，7个远郊区县没有放疗设备，应进一步加快放疗机构人员和设备的发展，优化资源配置。三维适形和立体定向放射治疗已成为常规治疗手段，调强放射治疗、图像引导放射治疗正逐渐开展，急需增加高层次的放疗物理师和放疗技师。[关键词] 北京；放射治疗；资源；现状；放疗设备Overview of radiotherapy resources in Beijing in 2010 XU Yong-xiang*, ZHANG Lin, SUN Kai. *Department of Radiation Oncology, Beijing Chest Hospital, Capital[Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the resources of radiotherapy in Beijing and provide a reference for the future development in terms of radiotherapy subject development, resources configuration and professional training. Methods A survey questionnaire was completed by on-site investigation, supplemented by telephone or e-mail. The questionnaires included status on radiotherapy institutions, radiotherapy facilities, human resources and radiation therapy. Results There were 33 radiotherapy institutions and 52 linear accelerators as to June,2006. A total of 31 (93.9%) institutions had carried out three-dimensional conformal or stereotactic radiotherapy, 19 (57.6%) worked on the intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT), 6 (18.2%) were able to carry out image guided radiation therapy(IGRT), 2 (6%) were being carried out volumetric modulated arc therapy(VMRT). The total personnel (not including nurses) was 495 people, including 214 radiation oncologists, 78 radiotherapy physicists and 203 radiation therapy technologists. Associate professors of them each accounted for 52.3%, 17.9%, 1.5%. Conclusions The numbers of institutions and liner accelerators compared to 2006 have increased, Althought the amount pe
