HMGB1对急性重症胰腺炎大鼠胰腺腺泡细胞死亡方式影响的研究的中期报告
摘要:
急性重症胰腺炎是一种常见的、危及生命的疾病。许多研究表明高迁移率群体盒1(HMGB1)是导致该疾病的一个关键因素,能够诱导细胞死亡。本实验旨在探究HMGB1对急性重症胰腺炎大鼠胰腺腺泡细胞死亡方式的影响。实验分为三组:对照组、单纯急性重症胰腺炎组、急性重症胰腺炎+HMGB1处理组。实验结果显示,与对照组相比,单纯急性重症胰腺炎组和急性重症胰腺炎+HMGB1处理组的胰腺腺泡细胞死亡显著增加。其中,急性重症胰腺炎+HMGB1处理组中凋亡细胞比例明显高于单纯急性重症胰腺炎组,提示HMGB1处理可能通过凋亡途径促进胰腺细胞死亡。进一步的机制研究有待开展。

Abstract:
Acute severe pancreatitis is a common and life-threatening disease. Many studies have shown that high mobility group box 1 (HMGB1) is a key factor in this disease, which can induce cell death. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of HMGB1 on the mode of cell death in pancreatic acinar cells in rats with acute severe pancreatitis. The experiment was divided into three groups: control group, simple acute severe pancreatitis group and acute severe pancreatitis+HMGB1 treatment group. The results showed that compared with the control group, the number of pancreatic acinar cell death in the simple acute severe pancreatitis group and the acute severe pancreatitis+HMGB1 treatment group significantly increased. Among them, the percentage of apoptotic cells in the acute severe pancreatitis+HMGB1 treatment group was significantly higher than that in the simple acute severe pancreatitis group, suggesting that HMGB1 treatment may promote cell death in pancreatic cells through the apoptotic pathway. Further mechanism research needs to be carried out.
