基于51单片机的管道漏磁检测系统的设计 马忠丽,梁天添 (哈尔滨工程大学 自动化学院,黑龙江 哈尔滨 150001) 摘 要:研究了一种基于89C51单片机的管道漏磁检测系统的设计。以管道内部缺陷为研究对象,对管道漏磁检测系统结构和信号检测与处理电路作了系统地分析与研究。阐述了漏磁检测的基本原理,介绍了漏磁检测的电磁场理论。基于这些理论基础,设计实际的漏磁检测装置,从磁化方式、磁化方法角度详细叙述了管道漏磁检测的磁化装置结构及其原理。基于89C51单片机,研究设计了漏磁检测系统的硬件电路及软件流程部分。选择霍尔传感器来采集微小弱信号,将信号经过滤波、放大,转换成有用信号,并以51单片机为核心部件,设计系统硬件电路进行采集。硬件电路具有转换、处理和存储功能。最后,在上位机上实现对试验结果的分析,总结试验结论。 关键词: 漏磁检测;电磁场理论;霍尔传感器;信号处理;89C51单片机 The design of oil-gas papline magnetic flux leakage based on 89C51 MCU MA Zhong-li,LIANG Tian-tian (College of Automation, Harbin Engineering University, Harbin 150001, China) Abstract: The design conception of a oil-gas papline magnetic flux leakage based on 89C51 MCU is presented. Took the pipeline inherent drawback as the object of study,has made systematieally analysis and research to the structure of magnetic flux leakage examination.The foundational principle of magnetic flux leakage is elaborated, introduce delectromagnetism field theory about the magnetic flux leakage examination.Based on these rationales,the designation of actual leakage detector is made, from the angle of the magnetization way and method, it narrated the structure and the principle of magnetization installlment for the examination of magnetic flux leakage indetail. Based on 89C51 MCU,the the research has designed the hardware circuit and the flow part of sofrware about the examination system of magnetic flux leakage. it choosed the Hall sensor to gather the weak signal,ithe signal is being transformed to be the wanted signal after filter,the enlargement,and gathered it through the hardware curcuit based on the central equipment of 89C51.The hardware curcuit has the ability of transformer,handing and memory.Finally,the analysis of the experimenal result is realised on the upper computer,then show the conclusion of it.
