浅析社会主义新农村建设存在的问题和对策建议 ——基于对小红寨建设社会主义新农村的调查 [摘要]社会新农村建设是党中央在新的历史条件下，从全面建设小康社会、推进现代化建设的全局和战略高度做出的一项重大决策。本文基于对“小红寨”建设社会主义新农村的调查，简单对社会主义新农村建设过程中存在的农民受教育程度低下、对新农村认识不到位、环境污染、资金缺乏等问题进行了分析和论证，最后针对这些问题提出了几点解决的措施，首先是开展独具特色的培训，把新农村的真正含义传达给人们，从对新农村物质层面上的认识提高到精神的高度，统筹城乡发展观念，提高新农村建设质量;其次是依靠政府、科技并通过发展循环经济的方式解决环境问题，最后是增加农业投入的新形式，大幅度增加财政支农资金确保资金落到实处，大规模扩展政策性资金，突出资金的运用重点。 [关键词]社会主义新农村 小红寨 问题对策 [Abstract] It is the Central Party Committee under new historical terms that the social new countryside is built, from building the well-off society, advancing a great decision that is made of the overall situation of modernization and strategic height in an all-round way.
