支座的铸造工艺分析与优化设计
摘 要
本课题是对底座的铸造工艺分析优化,提高铸件生产过程中的可靠性、适用性;提高铸件质量和产品在市场上的竞争能力。
首先,对零件的铸造工艺性进行分析,再根据零件结构,技术要求,生产要求,生产批量,生产条件选择铸造及造型方法。选择浇注位置及分型面,选用适宜的工艺参数,设计铸件的浇注系统,制定出详细的铸造工艺方案。再通过华铸CAE对方案进行模拟优化,确定最优的工艺方案,绘制出铸造工艺图。
通过运用华铸CAE等技术从而达到实际生产中提高质量、降低成本,便于实进行经济核算,提高效益的目的。

Absract
This topic is the pedestal of the casting process analysis and optimization, improve casting production process reliability,suitability; improve the quality of castings and products in the market competitiveness.
First, the casting of parts for analysis, according to parts structure, technical requirements, production requirements, production volume, production conditions are selected casting and modeling methods. Select the location and casting parting line, the choice of suitable process parameters, casting gating system design, to develop a detailed casting process. China through casting CAE simulation and optimization of the program, determine the optimal process plan and draw a casting process diagram.
Through the use of intecast CAE technology to achieve actual production, improve quality, reduce costs and facilitate real economic accounting, improve efficiency purposes.
