毕业设计（论文） （ 届） 设计（论文）题目 办 学 点 （系） 专 业 班级 学号 学生姓名 起讫日期 指导教师 职称 评阅教师 职称 年 月 日 江苏城市职业学院教务处制 基于ASP技术的旅游商务网站 摘 要 旅游电子商务开拓出一种新的网上市场流通渠道，商务通道随着上网企业与上网人数的增多而迅速增大，而且几乎没有时间与空间距离的障碍，使旅游商务效应得到倍增。本系统主要针对度假村旅游，采用面向对象方法进行分析设计和实现，在开发过程中采用两层B/S 结构对网站进行设计。首先在第一章是系统的概述。在第二章阐述了开发背景。在第三章里对系统进行了分析。在第四章系统设计阶段，本文主要对系统的网络结构设计、源代码的设计进行了论述。考虑到度假旅游的实际情况和本网站的运行要求，网站结构采用两层 B/S 结构开发，功能较齐全，界面绿色淡雅。 关键词： RESEARCH ON PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SYSTEM BASED ON BSC ABSTRACT With the rapid development of economy of China and the gradual internationalization of market, the external environment of Chinese enterprises becomes more and more complicated, uncertain factors occurs increasingly and competitions trend to be furious. Under such a background, enterprises introduce strategic management system to obtain sustained competitive edge and foster key competitive power. They reach the common understanding that as the essential part of an important enterprise management and human resource management tool, performance evaluation is significant, and they expense a lot of human and finance resources in it. Due to idealistic misunderstanding existing on performance evaluation and lacking plan, science and system, the performance evaluation becomes one of the hard points which is likely to occur in the human resource management.
