SME e-business applications has become a major driving force of Chinas e-commerce market, but with the advent of changes in the international and domestic market conditions and business competition, expanding markets for SMEs in e-commerce applications, reduce costs and upgrade process showing specific trends. Study was to investigate the status of e-commerce issues and the implementation of appropriate policies on e-commerce is very urgent. This paper focuses on the current economic situation, the application of e-commerce for SMEs development trends were analyzed, pointing out the problems in the application process, and the corresponding countermeasures.
