Considering the various needs of the company business development , establishing a management information system is imperative. Planning to improve business operations, reduce costs and improve efficiency. Key Words： Cargo Management Information System VB Access 1 引言 交通运输是人类社会进步、社会发展、经济增长、科技繁荣的基础。改革开放以来，我国经济以年均9%左右的速度增长，高速的经济增长加速了交通运输事业的发展，交通运输已成为我国将来近几十年经济建设的战略重点。随着我国各类交通设施的建设和完善，日益频繁的经济和贸易活动有了可靠的的基础支持。尤其在我国加入WTO以来，时间对商务活动者变得十分重要，消费者(旅客和货主)对运输方式（公路运输、铁路运输、水路运输、航空运输和管道运输等）的选择更加趋于理性化，高效率、快节奏的经济活动对交通运输的要求更高，运输市场的竞争也日趋激烈。因此，要求我们更加科学地配置运力结构，加强交通运输的技术管
