西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1I页 Abstract The USB technology is developing quickly,and the merits of USB design，production，use and maintenance in evidence．The GPIB solves the interlinkage of the apparatus in the auto-test field．The GPIB system Can get higher speed，and it is more convenience and cheaper than other system． Considering the USB’S excellency and GPIB’S virtue，the author combines USB and GPIB．USB—GPIB controller is used in the field of signal exchange and transfer,SO the exploitation cycle is deeply cut． In this paper,the hardware and firmware of the USB—GPIB controller mainly studied．Firstly the author analyses the protocol of USB and GPIB， and then selects the chips of USB interface and GPIB interface，CY7C68013 and TMS9914．The paper presents design of the USB·GPIB controller．The paper is concentrated discussing the design method of software and hardware and the hardware are laid the following：circuit design of system、 design of 12C bus and design of function of GPIB and The chips of USB and GPIB framed the firmware．This paper adopts keil 51，designs the programmes implement the hardware． Flow-chart and some programme-explains are introduced in this paper． WinDriver is adopted during the design of the drivers．WinDrjver provides universal drivers which be customized by users．It takes little time design the system． Key words：Universal Serial Bus；General Purpose Interface Bus； firmWare；Win Driver Mode 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1页 第一章 绪论 1，1 USB技术概述 自从20世纪70年代美国DEC公司在其小型机PDPIl／20上应用了总线技术 以来，已经出现了多种标准总线。由于总线结构在计算机系统的设计、使用和 维护上有很多优点，因此总线技术得到了飞速发展。USB也随之诞生了。 USB(universal Serial Bus)，通用串行总线，是在1994年底由INTEL、NEC、 MICROSOFT、IBM、Digital、Compaq、Northerntelecom等七家世界著名的计算 机和通讯公司为了解决传统总线的不足联合制订的，1995由通用串口总线应用 论坛进行了标准化。到现在，USB版本已经从USBI．0发展到了USB2．0协议。 2002年4月，USB2．0协议公布，USB的使用到达了一个新的时代。USB表 现出来的诸多优点使它迅速得到电子设计师们的一致好评。 ▲快速是USB的一个特点，USB的速度已经从1．5Mbps、12Mbps发展到了 现在的480Mbps且USB2．0向下兼容； ▲USB支持四种传输方式，控制传输、同步传输、中断传输和块传输，设 计者可以根据需要选择不同的传输方式； ▲USB支持热插拔，插入外设后，计算机能够自动识
