Key-words?: C/S, SQL Server , information management 一、绪论 （一）引言 随着科学技术的不断提高，计算机科学日渐成熟，其强大的功能已为人们深刻认识。作为计算机应用的一部分，使用计算机对企业员工信息进行管理，具有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点这些优点能够极大地提高企业员工管理的效率，也是企业的科学化、正规化管理，与世界接轨的重要条件。根据以上情况，大量企业已经实施建立企业员工信息管理系统， 因为企业员工信息管理是一个企业单位不可缺少的部分，它的内容对于企业的决策者和管理者来说都至关重要，所以企业员工信息管理系统应该能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。可以解决一直以来人们使用传统人工的方式管理文件档案存在着的许多缺点。 该系统主要研究实现以下功能：用户密码管理、部门信息管理、员工基本信息管理、家庭成员信息管理、学习及工作经历管理、员工培训管理、员工档案管理和考勤考评管理等功能。 （三）性能需求 本次设计和开发的企业员工信息管理系统应符合企业员工信息管理的规定，满足对企业员工信息管理的需要，并达到操作过程中的直观，方便，实用，安全等要求。系统采用模块化程序设计的方法，既便于系统功能的组合和修改，又便于未参与系统开发的技术维护人员补充和维护。 三、员工信息管理系统的设计
